The prices include:
Bed linen (weekly change), bath linen, electricity/gas, hot and cold water, garage and two deckchairs on the balcony.

The prices don't include:

city tax €. 1,50 per person per day, exept boys up to the age of 14 years.

Val di Sole Opportunity:
€. 3,00 per person per day (free per people under 14 years old).
 
The guest is responsible for cleaning the hob and crockery. If they are left unclean, there will be a € 25.00 fee.

Deposit: € 100.00 to pay in cash, refundable at the end of the stay subject to an inspection of the apartment

Studio apartment:  
double bed, single bed and kitchenette

Two-room apartment:
double room, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and kitchenette

Three-room apartment A:
double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, kitchen/living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette

Three-room apartment B:

double room, another double room plus singol bed, kitchen/living room with singol sofa bed and kitchenette. 

Restaurant is closed in summer.
